The hotel was convenient and the staff lovely, stunning location right in the center of town. I got updated, inviting room with soft bed. Excellent breakfast, helpful service. Also, I enjoyed how unbeatable the location was.
Well, Wi-Fi was rather slow.
Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Sylva. I truly enjoyed having biscuits, eggs and bacon, the breakfast was tasty. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. The service here was helpful. Lobby was tastefully decorated.
Overall perfect stay. The hotel had a beautiful location, the room was updated and tastefully decorated. Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views. The staff were more than helpful, everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive. Free of charge and hot breakfast, truly enjoyed its service. The team provided a great service. Bright lobby.
