I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff was super friendly and always available to help. The hotel facilities were great with a 24/24h reception and a shuttle bus service to the airport. The location was perfect, right next to the waterfront and close to everything I wanted to see in this city.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a 24/24h reception, shuttle bus service to the airport, and a great bar. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with stunning views of the bay and close to Pier 39. The cleanliness of the hostel was also impressive, and our shared bedroom with 8 beds was both comfortable and clean.

The location of this hostel is perfect for exploring the city on foot. It is close to Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard Street, and even offers views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, including the spacious common area and regularly cleaned restrooms. The staff is helpful and the wifi is reliable. Transportation options are convenient, with buses to Union and easy access to downtown. Free parking is also available, making it a convenient choice for those with a car.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being not far from the bus station and within walking distance to the Pier and all the sights we wanted to see. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We were provided with a complimentary breakfast which was simple but nice, and there was also an onsite bar and cafe that served amazing Matcha lattes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and there were even group activities like pub crawls and movie nights available for free. this hotel provided great value for money and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Location close to some tourist spots: The hotel was in a prime location, within walking distance to popular attractions such as the piers, Lombard Street, and the ferry building. Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure guests had a great experience.
